We are kicking of this debut with an amazing facial transformation to reverse the signs of aging without the aid of medical procedures. Through Lymphatic and Musculature stimulation, aging will slow, and you can maintain a youthful appearance longer or reverse the signs.
Stimulating your muscles, joints and connective tissues helps improve strength, mobility and your physical appearance. That's why we spend hours a week working out at the gym or at home. So, let's apply this to our facial routine.
With the right movements and pressure, you can lift, tighten and smooth the appearance of your facial structure. Say goodbye to floppy jowls, laugh lines, eye bags and sagging skin.
This 3 Phase program will ask you to activate your Lymphatic and Musculature System. By stimulating the lymphatic system, we encourage better blood flow that brings vital oxygen to our cells and releases unwanted congesting waste. With the right movements for strength training, a lifting and tightening reaction will occur. But just like any other workout routine, CONSISTENCY is key. All the effects are compounding so the more you do it, the faster you can see results, and it will last longer.
As I learn more techniques, I will update the guide for you to incorporate into your current routine. Please don't hesitate to leave a comment or ask a question if needed. In the meantime, please use these diagrams and guides for reference.
Facial Lympahtic System
The amount of pressure you use will determine what part of the body you are effecting.

Light to medium
pressure effects the Lymphatic system. There shouldn't be a deep depression when you apply pressure.
Imagine your hand is a squeegee and you are pushing "waste" like water off a surface. Some movement requires a rotation on a single point. Following a clockwise and counterclockwise direction activates the area for better dispersal of fluids and waste.
Facial and Neck Muscles
Understanding the muscles that affect specific areas of the body and how to manipulate them will insure the right results. When you apply deeper pressure, you will affect the muscular system. However, the facial area is more delicate than the body. It's recommended not to go too deep like a full body deep tissue massage. We also recommend following the path of the muscle for maximum effectiveness. The charts below will guide you with muscle direction and placement.
